These days I do a lot of poking around the internet for the best, unique, most useful blogs I can find to help people achieve there goals of owning there own successful blog. And, since I’m in the learning process myself, I decided that I will help you by sharing the resources (links) I use to improve my blog and its content.

Over the years I’ve found all the resources you could ever need (to start a professional or personal blog). These resources touch on every aspect of teaching you how to blog effectively. Coding Help

The Coding Help you’ll find diagrams, instructions, and step-by-step direction on how to add or delete code from your CMS. These codes usually range in the (computer) language of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and PHP.

• W3Schools > Open Link -Here you can find code help on ever major code language out there. know as one of the favorites for beginner and intermediate level coders, W3Schools is great if you need examples and reference material. And as a bonus it FREE.
• WebDesignerWall > Open Link – is a blog with help tutorials and design ideas that can take your blog from basic to custom while at the same time making to as painless as possible. Created by Nick La
• VandelayDesign’s Blog > Open Link – This blog discuss information for a wide variety of subjects including CSS, SEO, Web Design, Tools, and more.
• CSS Globe > Open Link – “CSSG is a community driven site dedicated to web standard run by web standards designer and developer Alen Grakalic”. There’s plenty of codes here for everyone looking to spice up there blog. Created by Alen Grakalic
• Noupe > Open Link – To say that Noupe is a helpful blog about code and design is probably an understatement. That range and quality or information here is outstanding. Noupe’s main attraction include it’s CSS and Javascript codes.
• Six Revisions > Open Link – Six Revisions offers tips, tricks, tutorials, and resources for web professionals. But don’t let that scare you off. There’s plenty of information that is easy to understand and use, because, each article explains the process step-by-step.
• 2CreateAWebsite > Open Link – “A reality check for beginners who are encouraged to examine the goals for their web sites before they start building them, along with HTML tutorials and promotion tips.” Created By Lisa Irby
• A List Apart > Open Link – Major authority on code. A must see site/blog. “A List Apart is a webzine for web designers written in Ruby on Rails. With it cames to search engine optimization knowledge is truly power. I say this because the more you know about it, the better. This section is really important for those who when there blog or site found by the larger mass of people searching for information under there niche. It’s how search engines find and list your site for others to discover you and your internet property (site or blog). You don’t have to spend hours, days, or weeks figuring out everything, but, you should learn the basics to get start.

Design is a big concern for bloggers that who are ready to take there blog to the next level. It is designs this make blogs look different from one another, while helping bloggers attract attention from views. Think about how many sites or blogs you clicked way from that wasn’t pleasing to the eyes. This make design equally important to both blogger and website owners.

For everyone unfamiliar with Ning, it allows users to create there own social network. Can you see where I’m going with this? Ning is perfect for a blogger looking to build a niche authority blog. With Ning, you can create a social communities that entice members to begin conversation about your blog and its subject matter.

It is so popular, that it’s attracting stars like 50 cent (Thisis50.com), Lisa Nova (Lisanovalive.ning.com), and Enrique Iglesias (enriqueiglesias.com). They use Ning to keep there fans up-to-date about what’s going on in there world. Stuff like tour dates, news, controversy, performances and new music.

You can use it the do relatively the same thing, starting with news. Every niche has news of some sort and what better place to discuss it then on a social network full of people who want to here about it.

And it doesn’t stop there. How about upcoming events such as confrence dates, product debuts, pruduct updates. The list goes on and on.

This information (along with ning) can have people coming back to your blog and your social network over and over and over again.

How Ning Can Help You

Ning is for people that what to make there own social site, right? So, what better way to build up a blog then by  having a community where people can socialize about the things you discuss in your blog. Its a perfect fit.

Example: John the song writer has a blog about “how to write songs”. His blog is doing well, but he wish people could really communicate with one another and not just with him.

Then, John the song writer found Ning. He sit up an account and in just a few months people started becoming member of his social network and John the song writer became very successful.

Its though this connectivity that people really started paying John the song writer more attention.

My Thoughts Exactly

To me, putting the two together can only improve your blog’s repeat traffic. John’s blog is where people go to find information on how to writer songs, but, its the social power of John’s community -Ning- that helped him connect people together, like only a social networking site can. Its this connection that creates trust, loyality, and user interaction.

There are plenty of sites out there that can help you bring the two together. But, the BEST website is the Ning Resources site. There you’ll find instruction on this matter and everything else related to Ning.

To begin with, you must construct virtually enticing content for visitors to view, usually in the form for articles, videos, and/or podcasts. Next, you must let people know you exist buy advertising (free or payed. I prefer the free method until traffic starts moving on its own. This way, you don’t waste money and time on a niche that’s not for you.) Next you can create income streams in a number of ways including pay-per-click ad, affiliate marketing ads, or saving your own products or services. And last but not lease, really connect with you readers on the things that matters to them.
