Creating a brand for a blog can be easier then you think. In reality, it requires only two things. One(1) reliable information that people need and two(2) a concrete line for products (such as 2 or 3 ebooks or software, a ebook and a set of tutorial DVDs or 2 to 3 products and or services in any variation).

All of these things create a brand that tells visitors “hey, this blogger is passionate about this subject and they really know what there talking about”. Because creating a brand is so important to those who want to have a large presents on the web some pro(s) won’t start a new blog without at least one ebook or some type of software. All of these makes a strong brand that draws in more visitors and sells.

These investment sets apart the fakes and rookies. It request at least some research and experience, and in a lot of cases (like when making a DVD) money. Most, if not all fakes, hate to spend money, they want to make it.

All of these are signs of people who care about a subject (or niche).

So what have we learned today? In order to truly have a brand you need:

  • You need to do research (on a subject you like)
  • You need to advertise
  • You need to have the right equipment
  • You have to have products and/or services
  • You have to have good information
